The problem
Recruiters live in a tool all day, so the interface is the product. The work covered dense data screens — candidate scoring, campaign state, credit usage — that had to stay readable while showing a lot at once.
What we did
- Built the front end in Next.js against an existing backend, porting an agreed design system faithfully rather than reinterpreting it.
- Implemented the outreach surfaces: campaigns, multichannel sending states, weekly per-channel counters.
- Built candidate scoring displays, including per-criterion breakdowns that explain why a profile scored what it did.
- Implemented talent pools, network import and the credit-usage screens.
- Bilingual interface throughout.
Result
The product is live at talentfindr.ai.
Front-end only — the backend and infrastructure were owned by the client team.
