We have built the full shape of this: campaign tooling with credit accounting, subscription billing through LemonSqueezy, usage counters, and admin panels for support staff who are not developers.
We would rather ship a narrow product that charges money than a broad one that does not. The first version should be able to take a payment.

Which payment provider do you use?
Stripe where it is available, LemonSqueezy as a merchant of record when you want VAT and invoicing handled for you. We have shipped both.
Do you stay involved after launch?
Yes. A product that has customers needs someone when something breaks. We offer a monthly arrangement for that.
